CIRCA which stands for Contents Insurance Residential Cost Address database is a system that combines Sum Insured's home contents replacement cost database with individual property household data, using an estimating technique known as “dynamic elemental modelling” (DEM).

The process starts with the user entering their home address details, following which they are presented with a list of some key features of their household together with a suggested estimated replacement cost for their home contents.
